Our Programs
Spark Session
Spark Sessions introduce jump rope in a fun, low-pressure way through a single, one-off experience. Designed to spark interest and create quick wins, these sessions give students a positive first connection with jump rope and movement, no ongoing commitment required.
Momentum Program
Momentum is a one-day school experience with different classes over 2–5 sessions. It deepens engagement, builds shared energy across the school, and supports connection, confidence, and a strong sense of school culture through movement.
Confidence Cycle
The Confidence Cycle is a 2–10 week weekly program. Group sizes and session are flexible based on your requirements. Each session builds on the last, supporting lasting progress through consistency, goal-setting, and wellbeing-focused movement.
Alzanti programs are designed to be high-energy, highly inclusive, and purpose-led.
