Alzanti programs are designed for Kindergarten to Year 8 students. Sessions are always adapted to suit the age, ability, and needs of each group.

No experience is needed at all. Alzanti sessions are designed to be inclusive, supportive, and confidence-building, whether students love sport, avoid it, or are trying jump rope for the very first time.

We currently offer three school programs:
Spark Sessions – one-off introductory sessions
Momentum – flexible days with 2–5 sessions for different classes
Confidence Cycle – multi-week programs delivered over 2–10 weeks
Each option supports confidence, movement skills, and positive engagement.

Sessions typically run with 1–3 classes at a time, averaging around 25 students per class. If you are hoping to involve larger groups, please get in touch and we’re happy to discuss options.

A flat surface is required, ideally a school hall or basketball court. Outdoor courts or covered spaces can also work depending on weather and surface quality.

No. All jump ropes and program resources are provided. We aim to make the experience simple and stress-free for schools.

Session length can vary depending on your timetable and program type. This will be discussed during booking to ensure sessions fit smoothly into your school day.

Alzanti is based in the ACT and currently services ACT schools, with selected NSW dates available. Travel pricing may apply. Please get in touch for more information.

Alzanti is currently founder-led, with all sessions delivered by Ashleigh. As the program grows, aligned coaches will be trained and welcomed into the Alzanti team.

Yes. Alzanti programs are designed to support confidence, belonging, participation, and positive movement experiences, alongside fundamental movement skills.

Alzanti focuses on how students feel just as much as what they learn. Sessions are built to be safe, encouraging, inclusive, and empowering — especially for students who may not usually feel confident in sport or movement spaces.
