Confidence Cycle is Alzanti’s multi-week program designed for meaningful, lasting impact. Students build skills over time while also developing confidence, resilience, teamwork, and a sense of belonging. This program allows the flexibility for you to choose from 2 - 10 weeks to meet you lesson plan requirement for teaching a sport, without the stress involved in designing the program yourself.

This program is flexible and can run as:

  • weekly sessions, one group up to 3 classes each week for the amount of weeks you choose or,

  • multiple sessions (different groups), each week for the amount of weeks you choose.

Programs will be tailored to meet the program length you choose and to meet outcomes.

Confidence Cycle

What to Expect

    • Suitable for Kindergarten to Year 8 students

    • Confidence Cycle can be delivered over 2–10 weeks, with flexible scheduling of 2–5 sessions per day and 1–3 classes per session (Average around 25 students per class). The program is designed to progress over time. The longer the Confidence Cycle runs, the more opportunity there is for deeper skill development, confidence growth, and lasting impact meeting the needs of the Australia Curriculum for Health and Physical Education.

    • Requires a flat surface, ideally a gym hall or basketball court

    • All ropes and resources provided

  • Confidence Cycle is where jump rope becomes a wellbeing tool, not just a physical activity. The program intentionally supports:

    • Confidence through repetition and success

    • Emotional regulation through routine and movement

    • Resilience through “try again” culture

    • Belonging through group collaboration

    • Courage through supported challenge and leadership

    • The ability to build and perform routines, in an individual and group environment.

  • Progression (skills + mindset)
    Students progress through:

    • Foundations - basic jumps, rhythm, rope control

    • Development - combinations, partner work and routine development

    • Challenge - competitive games, meeting team and individual goals and routine performance

    • Leadership - small group participation and student leadership opportunities

    • Community - class and school culture and ongoing club pathways and club development.

    We keep progression visible and achievable, so students can feel proud of growth, not pressured by performance.
