Spark Session
A fun introduction to skipping that builds confidence from the first jump.
The Spark Session is the perfect way to introduce jump rope to your school.
A 60 - 90 minute class where students experience the joy of movement and teamwork, all while learning the basics of jump rope in a fun, inclusive environment.
What to Expect

Suitable for Kindergarten to Year 8 students
1–3 classes per session (average of ~25 students per class)
Requires a flat surface, ideally a gym hall or basketball court
All ropes and resources provided
